Delivery & Returns

Here at the British and Irish Lions Official Store we only use fully tracked delivery options to keep our customers fully up to date with where their orders are.

We aim to process and dispatch any orders placed before 17.00 Monday to Friday on the same working day!*

Our standard processing and delivery days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY TO ORDERS TO UK MAINLAND OVER £75.00

UK Standard - £3.95 (Orders Placed by 5pm Monday -Friday)

Estimated delivery time for this service is 3 – 5 working days. This service includes the United Kingdom mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands & Islands. This is a fully tracked service. This service may require a signature although if an item can be posted or left in a safe place it may be.

UK Express Delivery - £5.95 (Orders Placed by 5pm Monday -Friday)

Estimated delivery time for this service is the next working day if ordered by 17.00. During peak times, this service can take 1-2 working days. This service includes the United Kingdom mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands & Islands. Deliveries for this service will occur Monday to Friday only. This is a fully tracked service. This service will require a signature although it may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if feasible. 

Orders delivered from the UK to addresses outside the EU may incur import duties and taxes. These costs are not included in prices displayed on British and Irish Lions Official Store. Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and in some cases will need to be fully paid before delivery can be finalised depending on the importing country. Some deliveries may be delayed by the importing countries customs due to inspections. these are unfortunately out of the control of British and Irish Lions Store and our delivery partners.

UK Non Mainland - £10.50 (Scottish Highland & Islands)

Estimated delivery time for this service is from 3 – 6 days. This service is used for the Scottish Highlands and Islands area. This is a fully tracked service. This service will require a signature although it may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if feasible.

Northern Ireland Delivery £5.95

Estimated delivery usually within 3 working days. This service includes delivery to Northern Island. This is a fully tracked service with all deliveries requiring a signature. The carrier will make every effort to contact you via any contact method you have supplied in the event they could not deliver first time.

Channel Island Delivery - £10.50

Estimated delivery usually within 3 working days. This service includes delivery to Jersey and Guernsey. This is a fully tracked service with all deliveries requiring a signature. Customers in the Channel Islands may be required to pay import duty on goods, also due to customs inspections some deliveries may be delayed.

European Tracked Delivery - £12.50

Estimated delivery times for this service is 1 – 5 days dependant on where in Europe your delivery address is. This is a fully trackable service from the moment it is collected by the carrier. The carrier will make every effort to contact you via any contact method you have supplied in the event they could not deliver first time. Deliveries to addresses outside the EU may incur import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. Also deliveries outside the EU may be delayed due to customs inspections, these are outside the control of British and Irish Lions Rugby Store.

International Tracked Delivery - £22.50

Estimated delivery times for this service is 1 – 5 days dependant on where in in the world your delivery address is. This is a fully trackable service from the moment it is collected by the carrier. The carrier will make every effort to contact you via any contact method you have supplied in the event they could not deliver first time. Deliveries to addresses outside the EU may incur import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. Also deliveries outside the EU may be delayed due to customs inspections; these are outside the control of British and Irish Lions Rugby Store.

*During busy periods e.g. Christmas, tour time etc. dispatch times may vary.  

Christmas Gifts

We are aware that a lot of the items being bought this time of year will be for Christmas Gifts. Due to this, we will extend our returns policy, giving you until Friday 13th January 2017. The items purchased must be in a sellable condition when we receive them back.

We are happy to refund or exchange any items purchased at the British and Irish Lions Official Store within 14 days of delivery, providing the item(s) are in original condition including all tags, labelling and packaging intact. British and Irish Lions Store reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange should we deem the product to have been damaged or worn. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please ensure your returns form is completed in full to ensure the quickest possible resolution to your return. Please note:-Once your exchange/refund has got to the warehouse, it can take between 3-5 working days to process your request and carry out your instruction. 

If you cannot decide on an item you would like to exchange you can take a credit to your online account to be used at any time.

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method. 

When returning your goods we recommend you use a tracked service with a signature required. We are unable to accept any liability for goods lost in transit while returning to our warehouse.

You can now use CollectPlus to return your unwanted items to us, for £4.49

CollectPlus is a convenient way to return parcels via local shops, petrol stations, universities and shopping centres, and it is a service trusted by thousands of busy people every day. There are over 5,900 CollectPlus stores, open from early in the morning until late in the evening, 7 days a week.

Simply visit www.collectplus.co.uk/lionsrugbystore to find your local CollectPlus store and to purchase your returns label for £4.49.

Enter your order number and your email address, then simply buy, print and attach the label to your parcel, ensuring any outbound delivery labels are removed or covered. Drop off your parcel in your chosen store, where you will be given a receipt with a tracking code. You can track your parcel yourself, at www.collectplus.co.uk/track/new.

Please note, you must purchase and stick your returns label to your parcel before taking your parcel into a CollectPlus store. 

CollectPlus will not accept responsibility for parcels handed into a store without a CollectPlus returns label.

You can return parcels with cabin baggage dimensions 60 x 50 x50cm and up to 10 kg using CollectPlus.
